We are looking for an INSTRUCTOR with practical nurse training for a substitute position at Vallinoja to work as part of the clients' everyday lives. As an instructor, you support the realization of the clients' individual lives. At Vallinoja, basic care is emphasized, but the work is also strongly instructional. Clients are guided and assisted in home care, dining, and handling matters outside the home. The instructor's work is done in three shifts. We expect practical nurse training. Previous experience working with people with intellectual disabilities will help you get started faster, but experience is not essential. New employees are oriented at the start of work. We hope for interest, a brisk attitude, and independence. You will need fluent Finnish language skills in your work so that communication works as well as possible with all our residents. Vallinoja is a home for sixteen (16) adults with intellectual disabilities. The premises are located on two floors and consist of three group homes. No one is left alone in the work community, and pair working is part of everyday life. Vallinoja has good transport connections from Kerava and Korson. Why Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing area? Working hours: Shift work. Required permits: Valid criminal record extract, vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act, and credit check. Position-specific salary: 2565.47 eur/month, plus a possible addition based on previous work experience. Terms are determined by the Social and Health Care (SOTE) agreement.
