Maintenance Technicians needed for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Tampere, Finland. Two permanent positions, rotating 12-hour shifts. Tampere factory produces and packages liquid eye medicines and products marketed worldwide. The maintenance team is responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs of production and packaging line machines. The team will consist of 18 people, working seven days a week. Role: tuning machines, format changes, fault-finding and repair work; preventive maintenance according to annual plan; recording fault cards and actions; providing technical support to production, participating in maintenance process development and projects. What we expect: suitable vocational training (e.g., electrical, automation); experience in maintenance tasks and mechanical production machinery knowledge; service-minded and flexible attitude; teamwork, initiative and responsibility; problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new things; fluent Finnish and basic English.
