Full-time Practical Nurse position at the Miina unit. In the Miina assessment and rehabilitation unit, the client's functional capacity is mapped extensively and multidisciplinarily. During the period, clients are supported and helped in daily activities and life management, with a rehabilitative approach. The goal is the client's return home. The average length of the period is one month. The unit has 36 client places. The work of a practical nurse is versatile; in addition to basic care, you will implement medication therapy and perform various functional capacity assessments. Cooperation with clients and their relatives is daily. You will operate as part of a multidisciplinary team where your work contribution is valued. We value a positive and client-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in working with elderly people. We hope you have a positive attitude towards developing operations and dare to bring forward your ideas! Good interaction and cooperation skills are required. Oral and written Finnish language skills must be good. Our team includes nurses, physiotherapists, an occupational therapist, an activity instructor, practical nurses, care assistants, and care aides, as well as a near-manager and assistant ward manager.
