We are looking for a versatile early childhood education and family work professional who is committed to Christian values and seeks to develop their work. For this fixed-term employment (38.25 h/week), a relevant degree or being in the final stages of relevant studies is required. Salary is according to KirVesTes, difficulty group 402, basic salary 2434.28 euros. Additionally, experience-based pay may be paid. Employment begins on January 4, 2027, or by agreement. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and an acceptable medical certificate. The probation period is 6 months. The selected candidate must be a confirmed member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. Work is carried out in activities such as IP and family activities, day clubs, and events designed for families, so the work requires flexible transitions from one task to another. Additionally, the work includes confirmation school work, social media content creation, and occasional other evening and weekend work. Work is primarily performed in pairs and teams. Operating sites are located throughout the municipality. Performing the duties requires the use of a private car. Interviews will be held in Nurmijärvi church village on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
