We are currently seeking a Technical Building Maintenance Technician for Espoo. The role includes monitoring and controlling heating, ventilation, water, and automation systems, locating faults, performing minor repairs, and a range of maintenance tasks. You will collaborate with Coor teams and client staff, ensuring smooth communication with building users. Client sites include care homes and office spaces in Espoo. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control heating, ventilation, water and automation systems
- Identify causes of faults and perform minor repairs

Requirements
- Several years of prior experience in facilities maintenance
- Relevant training or education background
- Proficiency in Finnish
