Car Salesperson

We are looking for a driven car salesperson to join Bilar99's Espoo store. You will sell used cars across multiple channels (store, chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone). Your typical day includes inspecting incoming trade-ins, pricing used cars, and communicating with partner workshops. You’ll work with a friendly team and a sales manager who will guide you. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with hours aligned to store opening times (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–16:00) and occasional adjustments. You will have clear sales targets that rise as you develop. Prior sales experience is not required, but previous success in sales is a plus. We offer thorough initial sales training and ongoing training as needed, with a clear path to progression (e.g., store supervisor, sales manager, regional manager, buyer, or training/administration roles). Compensation includes a base salary of 700 EUR/month plus a bonus system (0–900 EUR/month) and commissions; average starting monthly earnings are around 3,500 EUR, with top earners 5,000–8,000 EUR/month. A probation period applies with a guaranteed salary for the first three months.
