Earthworks Worker

This role is a civil engineering intrapment position for municipal infrastructure projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The worker will operate on construction sites as a partner to excavator operators, assist in trench preparation and accuracy checks, participate in pipe and cable installations, use pipe and level lasers, perform backfilling, compaction and finishing tasks, and work according to project drawings. Requirements include prior experience on earthworks or infra construction sites, experience in leadership of tasks or similar stages, ability to read blueprints, safety card, knowledge of road safety card or willingness to obtain, fluent Finnish, and ability to travel to yards with own car.
