The University of Lapland's Petronella and Felli restaurants are campus restaurants. Our operations are varied, starting with breakfast and continuing with lunch and dinner. During the day, we also serve small and large meeting refreshments, as well as various receptions, buffets, plated meals and cocktail events. Our customers include students, university staff, and meeting and conference guests from around the world. We also serve customers through a 24/7 market, and Petronella has a grill station. We are a smoke-free work community. As a cook, your duties are varied. You prepare the day's lunch dishes and take part in other kitchen tasks. You ensure the food is attractively presented and help replenish the lunch buffet. You contribute to ensuring the customer has a successful service experience. These qualities will help you succeed in the role and keep you smiling. Your expertise is based on training in the field. We hope you have work experience in similar duties. You are happy to get to work and inspire the whole team by your example. You take pride in your profession and want to offer customers only the best.
