Car Salesperson

We are seeking a customer-focused car sales professional to join our growing Vantaa flagship store. The role involves building long-term customer relationships and handling the entire sales process from the first contact to car handover. You will work both face-to-face and via digital channels, leveraging modern sales channels to reach customers. The ideal candidate is active, goal-oriented, and genuinely customer-centric, enjoys diverse situations, can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment, and delivers a smooth and positive customer experience. You will work autonomously but value strong team spirit and shared success. What we expect: sales experience with some auto sales background, goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed targets, teamwork skills, ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously, flexibility to work according to store hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 and Sat 10:00-15:00). Desired additional assets include familiarity with the brands we represent, knowledge of AutomotiveMaster system, and experience in financing and value-added services.
