Dining Room Shift Leader

Hello, skilled à la carte shift leader - we need you for the upcoming winter season! We are looking for experienced DINING ROOM SHIFT LEADERS for our clients! More about the job: As a shift leader, you are responsible for the smooth daily operation of the restaurant during your shift. Depending on the restaurant, fixed-term (between September and May) or permanent employment contracts are available! We expect from you: - Strong previous experience in à la carte server roles. - Excellent customer service skills. - Initiative, a brisk attitude, and passion for the restaurant industry. - Good ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. - Good proficiency in Finnish and English; other language skills are considered an advantage.
