We are seeking a Store Manager for our Lahteen (Lahti) location, to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. The role involves managing store activities, developing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with field sales and regional management. You will lead the store’s operations, logistics, and maintenance, while focusing on delivering strong sales performance and a positive customer experience. The position includes coordinating with staff, merchandising, and product categories such as fasteners, hand tools, power tools, workwear and protective equipment. You will work primarily in-store with some supervisory responsibilities over warehouse and shop floor tasks. The role emphasizes people leadership, customer-focused solutions, and collaboration with colleagues across the region. English is used in Nordic cooperation alongside Finnish. The store operates weekdays from 07:00 to 17:00. We offer a competitive salary and a store-target bonus, employee discounts, comprehensive health care, and support for sports and culture activities.
