Power BI Consultant

Senior Power BI consultant with strong semantic modeling, data modeling design, and high‑performing analytics solutions. The role involves working closely with customers to understand business needs, design and implement BI solutions, and support sales with requirements definitions. The person will collaborate with business domain experts, UX specialists, and modern data platform specialists, and will work in teams spanning multiple industries and international contexts. The ideal candidate has over four years of experience delivering analytics implementations using Power BI technologies, strong ability to listen to clients, and proficiency in Finnish and English. The position is based in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland, with hybrid work arrangements (office and remote). Responsibilities include translating business needs into BI solutions, designing semantic models, building scalable analytics, and testing solutions. The candidate should be comfortable in customer-facing situations and able to guide customers in the right direction.
