Excavator and Wheel Loader Operators (Kouvola) Application period 04.08.2026 – 18.08.2026 We are looking for excavator and wheel loader operators for our client companies for various earthworks, infrastructure, and industrial sites in the Kouvola area. Job duties consist of versatile earthworks and infrastructure construction work, such as soil displacement, excavation, foundation work, material handling, and various tasks related to machine contracting at construction sites. Job duties vary by site, so you will gain experience in different projects. The machines used in the work are mainly excavators and wheel loaders. Previous experience in driving an excavator or wheel loader is an advantage in the position, but we are not looking only for professionals with long experience. You may be the person we are looking for even with less experience. The most important things are interest in the field, a desire to learn new things, and a brisk and responsible work ethic. Work is mainly done on weekdays in the day shift. Work starts according to the agreement as soon as suitable people are found. We expect from you: - Some experience in driving an excavator and/or wheel loader - Desire to learn and develop as a professional in the field - Proactive and responsible work ethic - Valid occupational safety card - Finnish language skills We consider as an advantage: - Experience in using machine control systems, but knowledge of them is not essential - B-driver's license and the possibility to move independently to construction sites - Valid Tieturva 1 card Interested?
