Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter / HR consultant to join our growing personnel service team. You will primarily work at our new Lahden office and handle recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, and matching suitable candidates with clients. You will participate in recruitment processes, candidate selection, and HR administration, applying practical HR know-how to ensure smooth service to our clients from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience in the personnel services field, is motivated, proactive, and eager to develop both themselves and practices. Excellent Finnish oral and written skills are mandatory. Experience with the LikeIt system is a plus. We offer a permanent contract in a growing company.
