Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking early childhood teachers for our Jyväskylä units for permanent and fixed-term employment. The role involves delivering warm, child-centered pedagogy, guiding children’s learning, and participating in daily development of the daycare. The candidate should be a qualified early childhood teacher, capable of professional work focusing on children's learning and discoveries. You will be responsible for your group’s pedagogy, guiding learning, and contributing to the daycare’s development. You will utilize AI and digital tools for planning and assessment, but your main instrument is your own expertise as a early childhood professional. Proficiency in Finnish is required; S2-competence is considered an asset.
