Procurement Manager

The company employs over 100 professionals, and a significant portion of production goes to export. To support growth, we are now seeking a skilled Buyer / Procurement Manager as a recruitment assignment. In the position, you are responsible for the company's technical procurement and work in active cooperation with production, design, and the supplier network. You ensure the availability of materials and components, develop procurement processes, and participate in the maintenance and development of supplier relationships. We hope for: - suitable education (engineer or bachelor of business administration) - experience in technical procurement - understanding of materials, components, and subcontracting - organizational and coordination skills - fluent English skills (other language skills are an advantage) - a proactive, systematic, and collaborative approach.
