Business Consultant (Customer Success)

The Business Consultant Customer Success will join our team at our office in Roeselare and take the lead from contract signing through onboarding, providing training, configuring software, and guiding customers to maximize value from our SaaS solution. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management from contract to go-live; training and knowledge transfer to ensure users can operate the tool independently; advising on optimal software setup and reporting structures; continuously improving the onboarding process and materials. In Relatiebeheer and Technical Support, you will build lasting relationships with client portfolios, drive tool adoption, and connect data with various accounting packages through data integrations and SQL structures. You’ll help bridge business and IT by helping set up financial reporting environments and translating complex problems into concrete solutions and new product features in coordination with the IT team. Requirements include a economically/financially oriented master; affinity with IT & Data (SQL, queries, Excel); solid knowledge of bookkeeping concepts (balance sheet, P&L); excellent Dutch and English communication (oral and written); willingness to continuously learn new technologies and adapt communication style to senior stakeholders such as CEOs and CFOs.
