Would you be a new member of the Lehmusrinne team? Our home - Esperi Care Home Lehmusrinne. Care Home Lehmusrinne offers 24-hour service housing for 60 elderly people in Lehmus. Our house was completed just in 2023 and we are located near the center of Joensuu, with good transport connections. You can easily get to Lehmusrinne by car or bus, and by bike it takes only about 20 minutes. Depending on their health, our residents have various functional limitations, and as professionals, we strive to support the resident's own functional capacity as far as possible and enable things that are meaningful and important to each individual. We do not invent everyday life for our residents, but it is created together. Regular resident meetings ensure that our residents' wishes are collected and the weekly program is planned based on them. Your typical workday would include, among other things: basic care according to the resident's own needs, supporting and strengthening functional capacity as far as possible, monitoring and recording well-being, making RAI assessments and service implementation plans, medication, active cooperation with relatives and other possible stakeholders. Our team members may also have their own areas of responsibility. One possible area of responsibility is, for example, acting as a social media manager, so mention in your application if this would interest you! Employment details. We have several full-time permanent positions open, as well as one longer fixed-term position. In the fixed-term position, readiness for 3-shift work is emphasized. In other positions, the main focus is on 2-shift work, but we value flexibility and that occasional night shifts can be done if necessary. Salary. In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience increments, is €2,415.76-2,612.33/month (salary class G20C). What do we expect from you? friendliness, teamwork skills and a can-do attitude, a practical nurse's degree, we also consider students in the final stage, valid medication permits or readiness to complete the permits at the start of the employment, a hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act, Sote professional card, fluent Finnish language skills (B1 level is required for professionals). We consider previous work experience with elderly people as an advantage. We also ask to see a criminal record extract in accordance with the Criminal Records Act. What do we offer you?
