Practical Nurse

Hello Practical Nurse! Are you interested in doing meaningful work in the home care of children with special needs? If you answered yes, FamilyPro may be the dream workplace for you. We are now looking for a practical nurse! You can decide how much you want to work in three-week periods. Start date as soon as possible. Our office is in Masku and clients are located in the Southwest Finland region. Although the work is independent, our team is there to support you. A typical day consists of visiting the client for the duration of the shift, attending to the child's basic needs, nutrition, medication, and play, while incorporating rehabilitation perspectives. Our nurses rarely visit the office. Considered an advantage: - Work experience with special needs children, neuropsychiatric disorders, or developmental disabilities. - Proficiency in sign language or supported communication. Basic skills in supported communication are already a great asset. - Proficiency in English and Swedish. There are currently no Swedish-speaking children in care. - Valid medication permits. Medication demonstrations are carried out at our unit. Absolute requirements: - Driver's license and access to a private car. - Good Finnish language skills.
