Production Manager

We are seeking a third Production Manager for our electronics factory in Haapavesi to support the factory's growth. Together with other production managers, you will be responsible for the daily management of production, personnel development, and the continuous improvement of operations. In this role, you will ensure that safety, quality, delivery reliability, and efficiency are achieved in accordance with our goals. As a Production Manager, you will lead production teams with a goal-oriented and coaching approach. Together with the staff, you will set clear goals for operations, monitor their implementation, and ensure that teams have the necessary conditions to succeed in their work. You will utilize goal-oriented management to develop operations, competence, and productivity, and carry development measures through to implementation. We are looking for a person with the ability to see the big picture, identify areas for improvement, and translate them into concrete goals and results.
