Your responsibilities - Lead global teams responsible for pricing, cost modelling, and capacity management across Valmet's business areas. - Provide cost, capacity, and workload analyses that support commercial decisions, sales projects, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). - Develop optimized supply and production plans by identifying capacity, supply, and operational constraints and translating them into actionable recommendations. - Lead and facilitate global S&OP processes, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment, and decision-making across functions, business areas, suppliers, and strategic partners. - Partner with Production and Procurement teams to maintain accurate cost and pricing models that support operational and commercial performance Expectations for you - You hold a BSc or MSc degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. - You have 5–10 years of experience leading resources, teams, or functions in a global environment. - You have strong expertise in Sales and Operations Planning and a solid understanding of business operations, technologies, and resource capabilities. - You have a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives and continuous improvement programmes. - You have advanced communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
