As a special education teacher at our day care, you will develop and strengthen an inclusive culture that emphasises child participation. You will participate in assessing, implementing, and planning child support. Your work includes strengthening staff competencies in support matters. You will be part of Hämeenlinna city’s early childhood education team, and you will receive support from colleagues who are passionate about their work.
