Your Role You will work as a group assistant in a disability services day activity unit located in Saippua Center, near Portsa. Activities are organized in three different groups on the 2nd and 6th floors of the property. In your daily work, you will assist and guide clients in day activities and daily functions. You will ensure the basic well-being of clients by implementing client work according to the plan. Your duties also include maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities together with other employees and clients. You will work closely with other staff in the unit, clients' relatives, and various stakeholders. You will operate according to agreed plans and instructions and ensure that clients' right to self-determination is realized. Ethics, respectful interaction, and a responsible work approach are emphasized in the role. The work is varied with different clients, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different professional groups in a mutually appreciative team.
