HVAC Tender Estimator

We are currently seeking an HVAC tender estimator for permanent employment at Putkiwuorio Oy. The role involves calculating and preparing HVAC turnkey bids for property and office renovations as part of an experienced project organization. The candidate will independently manage the overall tender calculation, ensuring all essential costs, tasks and other factors are considered. Close collaboration with the rest of the project organization and especially the production manager is required, including reviewing offers together before submission. There is also opportunity to participate in project execution; based on competence and interest, the role can grow towards project management. Responsibilities include reviewing inquiries, calculating material and labor costs, and inviting sub-contractors and suppliers. Requirements include formal LVI training and prior experience in tender calculation; experience leading LVI projects is an advantage. Good IT skills and ability to learn various calculation and ERP systems; systematic, proactive and independent approach; strong teamwork and communication skills; fluent Finnish and good English for site communications. Prior experience in property or office renovations and working on LVI projects is valued.
