Facility Maintenance Worker

TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is a responsible and developing diversified company providing comprehensive cleaning, food, and property and logistics services. TeeSe Botnia's professional cleaning staff ensures the cleanliness and customer satisfaction of thousands of square meters based on good customer knowledge and understanding of the customer's operations. We provide cleaning services for the city of Vaasa in kindergartens, schools, cultural spaces, offices, and business establishments. Additionally, we handle the cleanliness of hospitals, health centers, and service homes in the Ostrobothnia wellbeing area. We are looking for a facility maintenance worker for a permanent part-time employment contract (approx. 28.75h/week) to handle cleaning service maintenance tasks at Taikametsä Kindergarten and Suvilahden School. Shifts are Mon-Fri between 06.00-15.09. We hope the selected person starts as soon as possible, by agreement. From the person selected for the position, we expect: - a committed and responsible approach to cleaning & work tasks - a cheerful, brisk and proactive work approach - good customer service and interaction skills Additionally, we value situational awareness and flexibility when working as part of the daily life of small children and early childhood education staff. For the position, we require: - sufficient Finnish language skills - work experience & training in cleaning services - possibility to use own car Additionally, the selected person must present a criminal record extract (Act 504/2002, checking criminal background) and a tuberculosis clearance before starting work. The salary for the task is €2169.29/month (100% working time) + possible experience bonus (=5%/5 years of work experience in the field, 10%/10 years of work experience in the field).
