Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a warehouse manager to be responsible for scaffolding warehouses on Ristikiventie, Oulu and Turku (Pansiontie). We are one of Europe’s largest players in the scaffold and fall protection industry and among the top subcontractors in Finland for the construction sector. Our client base is wide; we carry out scaffold and fall-protection projects both on buildings and in industry, combining smooth service with solid expertise. Key tasks include management of equipment and maintenance for the scaffold business, inventory management for client contracts and transports in collaboration with sales, demand forecasting with sales and supply planning, supervisory duties including organization operations, resource planning, onboarding, ensuring competence and training, and ensuring workplace wellbeing; responsibility for subcontracting agreement performance and profitability (the Ristikiventie and Pansiontie warehouse operations are performed by an external operator), continuous development of warehouse operations with the subcontractor, and inventories of scaffold and fall protection equipment; development of logistics processes including transport activity with focus on cost-efficiency, safety, and environmental considerations. We look for experience in supervisory roles, strong IT toolkit usage (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Exflow, Excel), English language skills, and preferably experience in scaffolding or warehousing. Good organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
