We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. What You’ll Do Performance & Accuracy: Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste. Technical Ownership: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes. Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail. Safety & Collaboration: Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health. Who You Are Resilient & Adaptable: You maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and can pivot when production priorities change. Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications. Team-First: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience. Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift. Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations. Shift: D Shift, Wednesday 12AM - 6AM, Thurs-Sat 6PM-6AM
