We are now looking for a receptionist for Holiday Club Saariselkä for the winter season 2026–2027. Holiday Club Saariselkä is located right by Saariselkä's services and outdoor trails. The resort combines high-quality accommodation, restaurant services, and a warm Lappish atmosphere. In the reception, you play an important role in creating a successful first impression of the holiday for guests and ensuring that their visit runs smoothly from start to finish. What does the job involve? As a receptionist, you will work in the heart of the hotel and meet customers from all over the world daily. Your duties include, among other things: - Guest check-in and check-out - Receiving and processing bookings - Invoicing - Advising and guiding customers - Ensuring a smooth customer experience together with the rest of the team. You will become part of a professional and encouraging work community where good cooperation, a cheerful service attitude, and a high-quality customer experience are at the core of everything we do. We hope for - Previous experience in hotel reception work - A cheerful and customer-oriented service attitude - Ability to work efficiently even in busy situations - Hygiene passport - Good skills in Finnish and English. Other language skills are considered an advantage Employment - The employment is fixed-term for the winter season 2026-2027. Work begins by agreement in November and continues until March. - Working hours are on average 90 h / 3 weeks - The work is shift work, so willingness to work evenings and weekends is important Salary Salary is determined based on your skills and experience. We follow at least the MaRaVa TES (14.31–15.43 €/h), but we also consider your salary expectations.
