Ohjaajan sijaisuus Rinnekodit Pienryhmäkoti Viikariin. Lähihoitaja in a small group home for children with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum, working with a multi-professional team to plan and implement services for each child. Responsibilities include assisting children in daily tasks, supporting individual care plans, and collaborating with family and social services. Required: nursing assistant qualification, licensing/register with Suosikki, medical card (Kanta-vakmennekortti) or willingness to obtain, ability to administer medicines with a pharmacy license within four months of start, 3-shift work readiness, Finnish language basics for documentation and interaction, vaccination protection under infectious diseases act, knowledge of alternative communication methods is a plus. The workplace is smoke-free and drug-free; a criminal background check is required within six months.
