Hello future HR professional, We are now looking for an HR intern for our Turku team to grow into a professional in the field! What is this about? An HR internship at Carrot includes practical and diverse tasks within the recruitment and HR field. The final content of the internship can be tailored to your interests and the goals of your studies. Internship tasks may include, among others: * Assisting in recruitment (processing job applications, applicant communication and contacting candidates, as well as scheduling interviews) * Guided, and based on your readiness, independent recruitment work with assignments (conducting interviews, preparing and delivering candidate presentations to client companies, scheduling follow-up interviews, and maintaining contact with client companies and job seekers) * Guided tasks regarding the employment lifecycle of temporary workers: for example, drafting employment contracts, creating assignments and cost centers in the HR system, processing hour and payroll materials, handling work clothes and maintaining inventory, as well as instructing employees on matters such as sick leave policies. The internship is aimed at higher education students in a suitable field whose degree includes either a mandatory or optional internship period: you could be, for example, a student of business administration or a university student.
