About the role

**Come do meaningful work in the field of child welfare with us!** We are currently looking for a social and health care professional to work as an instructor at the Sospro Naavamäki complex in **Tureng, Janakkala**, which provides 24-hour child welfare foster care. **Kanerva** is a seven-place special-level child welfare foster care residential unit for children aged 10–17 with neuropsychiatric symptoms who require significant support in their daily lives. Our staffing ratio is 1.3. Kanerva provides a safe and home-like growth environment in modern and functional facilities designed for the needs of a special children's home in the center of Tureng. Kanerva is part of the Naavamäki children's home complex, which also includes the special-level residential unit Kaarna and the basic-level residential unit Aavankivi. Salary for the position is based on the G21 salary level (€2441.78 - 2756.82) of the private social sector collective agreement, depending on education and the task. The position is full-time and the employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period, including evening, night, and weekend work. The selected person must have a driver's license, and the position requires a hygiene passport, first aid training, and a social and health care professional card. The employment contract follows the Private Social Services Sector collective agreement.
