About the role

Sosionomi – join our family work in Uusimaa. As our activities grow, we are seeking social workers for part-time family work and intensified family work in Uusimaa. We are looking for someone who shares our values in daily work: reliability, kindness and flexibility. If you have a good heart, the ability to handle changing situations, a desire to develop yourself, and independent work does not intimidate you, read on. You are our person if you have a social worker degree, at least one year of experience in the child protection field, experience in goal-oriented client work with families, strong skills in supporting families in challenging life situations, and familiarity with working with child protection clients. We especially appreciate being skilled in communication and negotiation, being able to build trust with families even in crisis, treating clients with respect, a solution-oriented, strength-based and family-oriented work approach, opportunity to work in English, and experience working with clients with neurodevelopmental disorders. The work mainly takes place in the afternoons and evenings according to families’ daily rhythms, so we hope you are willing to work flexibly at these times. The job is mobile, so having your own car helps. This rewarding job requires openness to new things, development-mindedness, and initiative. A driving license and use of your own car are required. We offer the opportunity to work in a growing team where work is done with full dedication and where daily life is developed together for families and employees alike.
