GIS Data Specialist in Finavia’s Data & AI team, responsible for the management, quality and usability of airport built environment geospatial data. You will act as geospatial data expert at the intersection of business and technology, develop data assets and ensure data supports operational activities and business needs. The role covers ensuring data quality, availability and lifecycle management, acting as service owner for GIS and CAD solutions, managing data delivery chains and interfaces, developing data governance, databases, systems and processes, and supporting architecture development and projects. You will participate in development projects and international collaboration. Required qualifications include a university-level degree and at least 2–3 years of GIS experience, experience with geospatial lifecycle management and data handling, and proficiency with tools such as QGIS, PostgreSQL, GeoServer, FME and PgAdmin. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. You will be a customer-oriented team player, take responsibility, embrace innovation, communicate openly and promote a positive working culture.
