We are seeking five (5) healthcare assistants for fixed-term contracts of varying durations, but at least until the end of the year. The position starts as soon as possible according to the agreement. Work will be carried out at both of our locations in Koria and Elimäki. Responsibilities include comprehensive care of residents, supporting care and rehabilitation, and promoting well-being. Tasks include daily care and assistance to residents, administering medication, monitoring health and detecting changes, implementing activities that maintain and develop functional capacity, participating in care planning and evaluation, documenting patient records in accordance with current laws, and cooperating with residents, families and the multi-professional team. Requirements include a social and health care basic degree (lähihoitaja) or an equivalent qualification and the right to work as a licensed social and health care professional in Finland. Preferred qualifications include previous experience, valid medication administration permissions or willingness to obtain them, valid hygiene passport and EA1, good interpersonal and collaborative skills, and an initiative-taking, responsible, customer-oriented work approach. Finnish language proficiency is required; other languages are a plus. Requirements

- Valid hygiene passport and EA1 (preferred)
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills (preferred)
- Proactive, responsible and customer-oriented work approach (preferred)
