Leasing Manager

Leasing Manager sought for Citycon. Role involves leasing Jakobsbergs Centrum and Åkersberga Centrum, as well as potential leasing of Citycon’s other shopping sites. You will independently drive the leasing process from business case creation to signed leases, collaborate with the asset manager and centre teams, identify potential tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate leases, and proactively prepare and renegotiate lease agreements. Responsibilities include building relations with new and existing clients, preparing investment calculations, and supporting the business managers in budgeting and planning. The role requires a proactive, business-minded approach, strong organizational skills, and excellent cooperation with clients and colleagues.
