We are seeking a skilled excavator operator for multiple ongoing construction sites and new projects. The role requires a professional, motivated attitude, careful and safe work, and quality results. Tasks include operating excavators on diverse sites, performing digging, foundation work, soil shaping, and other site-advancing tasks within the construction and earthmoving sector. Requirements include previous excavator operator experience, independent and proactive work style, accuracy in machine operation, ability to work with other site personnel, valid safety card and Työturva 1 card. A background in the field is appreciated; 3D machine control skills are a plus. Having your own car is an advantage for easier travel to sites. We provide appropriate work clothing and safety gear. Salary follows the infra collective agreement and depends on the role and prior experience; experienced workers start from 16.90 €/h with TES allowances.
