Elvera Oy is one of Finland's largest operators in network and infrastructure services. Our mission is to connect critical societal functions and ensure continuity even during disruptions – from the network sources to the end user. We stand out from other infrastructure service companies thanks to our uniquely diverse service offering, flexible resources, excellent local expertise, and a responsible and fair personnel culture. Our group employs 800 professionals and our turnover is nearly €160 million. We are looking for a Site Manager for Elvera's electrical business unit for a permanent employment contract. What would you be doing with us? As a Site Manager, you will comprehensively lead assigned electrical network construction projects and daily tasks from start to finish. You are responsible for the planned progress of the entities, organization of work, schedules, resourcing, cost monitoring, quality, and the implementation of safety. You also take care of the necessary documentation and ensure that the work is handed over as agreed. In the position, you plan and distribute work and guide installers and subcontractors in a supervisory role. You work in close cooperation with subcontractors and other stakeholders and ensure smooth cooperation in your area of responsibility. Work is done mainly from our Espoo office, and sites are visited on-site as needed. The sites are mainly located in the Uusimaa region. Success in the position requires the ability to take responsibility for project management, manage several entities simultaneously and move things forward determinedly. You will become part of a professional team where success is supported by close cooperation, practical doing and clear responsibilities. The position is a permanent and full-time day job. What do we hope for from you? You have a suitable electrical engineering educational background from either vocational or higher education. We consider earthworks expertise and previous experience in supervisory positions as an advantage, but the most important thing for us is your genuine interest and desire to develop as a professional in the field. Apply boldly for the position, even if you are not yet a finished professional in the field, but you have the motivation to learn and grow in the position. In your work, you need good IT skills, the ability to report clearly and fluent Finnish language skills. A self-directed and solution-oriented person who manages entities and works efficiently even under pressure will succeed in the position. Thanks to your strong interaction skills, cooperation with various stakeholders will proceed naturally. Your consistent and reliable way of working will in turn ensure that projects progress in a controlled manner and goals are achieved as planned. Why us? We offer you a permanent and full-time employment relationship in which you can develop yourself and grow as a top expert in your field. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in influencing and expanding your expertise in meaningful projects. We have a relaxed and open working atmosphere where colleagues, customers and partners are valued. We take care of each other and ensure a safe, healthy working environment. You will become part of an expert and developing community where the spirit of doing and succeeding together is visible in everyday life. We are proud to be involved in building a more sustainable future. We take care of our employees' well-being by offering comprehensive occupational health care and insurance, as well as recreation and lunch benefits. With us, you get to be part of an expert and developing work community where the spirit of doing and succeeding together is valued. Interested?
