Land Use Engineer

Your duties include, among others: - management and development of the city's land assets - preparation of plot sale and lease processes - preparation of land use and real estate purchase agreements - preparation and implementation of land acquisition - participation in the preparation of zoning as a land use expert - cooperation with landowners, companies, authorities, and other stakeholders - promotion of the city's development projects. You may be an experienced land use expert or a professional seeking the next step in your career. We hope you have: - a higher education degree suitable for the position (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering in Surveying, Master of Science in Technology, or other suitable degree) - knowledge of real estate and land use legislation - a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work - good interaction and negotiation skills - a desire to develop operations and collaborate across organizational boundaries. We also value experience from the municipal sector, land use agreements, land asset management, as well as the use of geographic information (GIS) and real estate information systems.
