Join Turun Työllistämispalvelut Oy in building a new model for employment activation and coaching in Turku. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on coaching duties: leading and supporting career and work-capacity coaching, designing, organizing and developing coaching services, and providing individual and group coaching. You will monitor and ensure the quality and impact of coaching work, mentor client work and support coaches in daily tasks, and collaborate with employers and partner networks. You will help develop new operating models and coaching concepts with other parts of the organization, secure achievement of operational goals, and ensure delivery of results. The position blends supervisory duties with practical coaching and requires active client-facing work. You will have strong experience in supervisory work and/or team leadership, substantial experience in career and/or work-capacity coaching across target groups, a suitable higher education degree, good understanding of services promoting employment, experience with apprenticeship processes and competencies in assessing work capacity, familiarity with the vocational education system and its utilization, ability to adopt new systems and operate in digital environments, good English skills, excellent interpersonal and networking skills, a solution-oriented, developmental and independent work ethic.
