Responsibilities
- Organizing/facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Removing impediments to team progress
- Coaching and mentoring the team
- Protecting the team from external disruptions
- Promoting continuous improvement
- Ensuring Jira reporting is complete and up-to-date
- Coordinating deployment timelines with Release/Project Managers
- Supporting Agile/SAFe tooling and processes
- Planning and coordinating work for migration project
Requirements
- Experience as Scrum Master (min. 3-4 years)
- Experience as Project Manager and/or Delivery Manager (min. 3-4 years)
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe)
- Scrum Master certificates (PSM I/II, CSM) a plus
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
- English proficiency for communication
- Time management skills
- Ability to work with developers and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to identify risk areas and countermeasures
