Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for large-scale construction, industrial and data centre projects
- Procure critical equipment, materials, services and subcontracted works on time and on correct commercial terms
- Manage OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) procurements for long lead-time infrastructure components
- Develop procurement strategies
- Identify and evaluate suppliers
- Manage RFQ and RFP processes
- Lead tender evaluations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and oversee deliveries
- Coordinate technical and commercial changes
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing procurement in construction, industrial or capital investment projects
- Experience in data centre projects (strong advantage)
- Hands-on experience leading procurement from planning and supplier selection to commercial negotiations and delivery
- Skill in preparing and managing competitive tendering processes
- Strong knowledge of standard contract forms and contractual terms
- Experience procuring large technical equipment
- Fluent English (essential)
- Finnish language skills (advantage)
