Electrical Designer

We are seeking an electrical designer for our client company! Do you want to be involved in designing electrical substations that ensure the operation of Finland's power grid? We are looking for a primary design engineer to join an expert team. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for developing design practices and a desire to work on various projects. You may also be a beginner with a technical background or some design experience (CAD, construction, or machine design). Your duties include: Collaboration with the project team Versatile design work such as steel structures, connection diagrams, earthworks and drainage design, structural, layout, grounding, and cable route design We hope for: An appropriate UAS (AMK) or Master's (DI) degree Proficiency in CAD software, 3D design experience, and practical knowledge of electrical substations Fluent Finnish and English language skills A proactive and systematic approach to work Good collaboration and problem-solving skills Experience in technical design or primary design of electrical substations Work can be done flexibly remotely or at offices in either Seinäjoki or Lempäälä.
