As a new Rituals Advisor, you are passionate about creating successful customer experiences and teamwork. Every Rituals customer is unique. With your knowledge and skills, you help customers find the products that suit their needs. In addition: * You work in close cooperation with your colleagues to achieve your own and the store's goals. * You enjoy customer service, chatting with customers and providing the best possible customer experience for every customer. * You keep the store clean and tidy in accordance with company standards, so that products are always displayed according to Rituals' standards and visual merchandising. * You follow the store's safety instructions. You will also be able to develop your skills in the retail sector through our global training programs, where you will learn more about our product range and sales techniques. Qualifications: You work in the store together with enthusiastic colleagues who act according to Heart & Soul principles. Just like you, they want to create a magical customer experience. You are unique and professional. You have the ability to create a genuine connection with customers and make them feel at home in our store. As a Rituals Advisor, you are an ambassador for our brand and you also have: * Relevant experience from a similar position in retail or customer service * A result-oriented mindset and you are a team player. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems. * An eye for detail, you are systematic and organized. * Excellent language skills in both Finnish and English. * You are 18 years or older Additional information: Are you the person we are looking for? We offer 0-20h/week. (Fixed-term employment: Christmas season 2026). Start date: by agreement.
