Shift Manager

At Picnic, the shift manager takes an active role in the team, supporting the restaurant manager in managing the entire restaurant in terms of both results and the team. As a shift manager, you work in an exemplary role in daily tasks at Picnic. You are natural in situations where you need to encourage, guide, and develop your own team. You act as the restaurant manager's right hand and are not afraid to tackle challenges!
