NORMAL is looking for a cheerful and energetic Assistant Store Manager for its new store opening in Helsinki Shopping Centre Kaari. In this role, you will be key in creating a unique shopping and customer experience. Working as a team with the Store Manager, you will motivate and develop employees in an open and joyful environment to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets sales targets. You will be responsible for the store's visual appearance and team leadership. The position offers a starting point for professional and personal growth, with the potential to eventually become a Store Manager within the NORMAL chain. Requirements include ambition and previous experience as a supervisor. You should have a passion for customer service, be a motivated and determined team leader who leads by example, and possess the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. A commercial mindset, an eye for visual merchandising, and the ability to work independently while valuing teamwork are essential. The role involves diverse working hours, including morning, evening, and intermediate shifts. You must be fluent in Finnish and capable of serving customers in English. You will also take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
