Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Location: TechM Mex Mexicocity Years of Experience: 2 5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer with a strong emphasis on SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of SAP systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality service. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP Basis Administration, including system installations, upgrades, and configurations. - Monitor and maintain SAP systems to ensure high availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP environments. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades. - Document technical processes and procedures for future reference. - Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans. - Provide training and support to end users and junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge and hands on experience in SAP Basis Administration. - Proficiency in system monitoring and performance tuning. - Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations. - Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, HANA). - Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud based SAP solutions. - Knowledge of SAP security and user administration. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in scripting and automation of routine tasks. - Certifications related to SAP Basis Administration. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2 5 years of experience in technical support, specifically in SAP Basis Administration. - Proven track record of successfully managing technical issues and providing solutions.
