Project Engineer

We are growing our business and are seeking a Project Engineer for our Espoo and Kirkkonummi projects. Your role is to oversee projects as the project manager’s right-hand person. You will participate in all phases of the project, including design control, procurement and costs, sales and marketing coordination, and construction management. The position requires you to be ready to pick up the phone for procurement, learn how to construct apartment buildings, and master Excel and document drafting. Not everything needs to be mastered immediately, but the goal is to advance your career as far as possible. A good description of your work is that during three successive phone calls you may speak with an architect, a painting company CEO, and a broker who is selling to your client; you must be able to stay on the same wavelength with each of them. Great ideas are put into practice immediately—regardless of who presents them.
