Your role includes responding to calls, emails and chat messages from French-speaking clients, and communicating with international colleagues in English. Upon arrival in Lisbon, you’ll be assisted with housing, banking setup, taxes and health insurance. A two-week paid training will be provided, enabling you to perform confidently in the role. You will handle inbound calls, emails and chat messages, make outbound calls, identify client needs and problems and use the internal system to track all interactions.

Requirements
- Fluent French (oral and written)
- Good level of English – spoken and written
- Available for a minimum of 12 months
- Willing to live and work in Lisbon
- At least 18 years old
