Masurka Day Activity Center has 2 permanent instructor positions available. Are you the open, enthusiastic and development-oriented team player we are looking for? Our unit provides day activities for adults with intellectual disabilities on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. Our activities have expanded over the past couple of years, and the number of clients and staff has grown. The growth of our activities will continue during 2026. Weekly and daily programs for the groups are planned and brainstormed together, taking into account the needs, wishes and interests of the clients. An individual day activity implementation plan is drawn up for each client. The instructor's duties include the planning, implementation, evaluation and development of activities together with clients, the work community and networks. In your work, you support and guide clients taking into account their individual needs. Daily recording in the Apotti client information system is an essential part of the work. Some of our clients need strong support in their daily activities, so your job description also includes basic care tasks according to individual client needs. Service relationship information: Duration: Permanent starting 10.08.2026 or by agreement Type: Full-time Form: Employment contract Eligibility requirement: Practical Nurse (qualification and right to use the title protected professional title according to Act 817/2015 3§ or 559/1994 5 §) Number of positions: 2 Working hours: General working time 38h 15 min/week Required permits: Valid criminal record extract, vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act 48§, medication permit to be completed successfully within 3 months of starting work. Position-specific salary: 2565.47 eur/month, plus possible addition based on previous work experience. Terms of service are determined in accordance with the Social and Health Care Work and Official Agreement (SOTE agreement).
