Nuorgamin Lomakeskus Oy is a small cozy family business in Nuorgam, the northernmost village in Finland near the Norway border and the Arctic landscape. The resort has operated for over 55 years in family hands. We seek a versatile kitchen and restaurant professional for the coming winter season to join our relaxed team serving weekly international guests. Duties include breakfast preparation and presentation, trail snack prep, service and other kitchen and dining room tasks, and customer service. Requirements include experience, proactive attitude, friendly service, flexibility, Finnish and English language skills, and a hygiene certificate. We offer full-time winter work 2026-2027, competitive pay 12-15 €/hour, good orientation and support, staff housing from 400 €/month, staff meals, a small friendly team, great leisure opportunities, affordable rental gear for outdoor hobbies, free municipal gym access, car rental through us, and good occupational health care. Start December to March or as agreed; approx 4 months, with potential for permanent employment.
